Process Mapping and re-engineering, and Skills gap analysis for the pharmaceutical Products Registration at the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP)

The objectives of this project are map and analysis the pharmaceutical products registration procedures in the MoHP, Based on the (as-is) processes, the experts would then model and document the re-engineered business processes (recommended to be).
The project also included skills gap analysis in order to evaluate the current staff involved in the registration process and to design a new organization structure for the registration department. The services provided during this project were:

  1. Modeling, analysis and documentation of the current status of the registration processes
  2. Modeling and documentation of re-engineered registration processes
  3. Skills assessment of about 76 persons in one to one interview
  4. Providing the proposed organization structure for the registration department
  5. Providing the required job description according to the re-engineered processes
  6. Select the appropriate candidates according to proposed organization and job description
