Organizational Development for the Suez Govern orate Headquarters and related Entities
The project was initiated within the context of the cabinet initiative towards decentralization. One of the objectives of this initiative is empowering the role and capacity of different govern orates to develop and execute their strategies. Suez Govern orate is seeking to transform into an investment attraction point. Such transformation depends on several elements, such as:
- Strategy and Strategy execution: to have a clearly defined strategy that is communicated to different levels of the govern orate staff. The staff daily operations to be focused and aligned with the strategy. In addition, the govern orate strategy is aligned with the government strategy issued and communicated by the cabinet.
- Organization Structure: to be re-built into a form that would support achieving the govern orate strategy.
As this is a governmental entity, the organization structure is governed by different laws and legislative regulations.
- Service Provision: Changing the dominant culture of service provision from the traditional governmental mentality into a culture focusing on customer needs and satisfaction. Re-engineering the internal and external work processes to be based on the customer satisfaction.
In order to make the Suez Govern orate an investment attraction point, the service provision processes were streamlined in order to support achieving the govern orate strategy.
- Investment Environment: different elements of investment attraction should be evaluated in order to develop an investment portfolio that could be used in promoting the govern orate to potential investors.
