ve Officer of Megacom. Graduated as an electronic engineer, Tarek holds a master in computer science and a master in business administration. He enjoys more than 20 years of experience working as a team leader and senior consultant in policy reforms and government institutional development projects created by several local, regional and international development institutions.
During the years of Megacom operation, Tarek has led and conducted several assignments for the government including strategic plans, industrial sectoral plans and design of government information systems. He also advised the government of Egypt on reforms in investment environment, tax law, land registry, Informal sector and many others.
